Other then City Town, only will receive within 2 to 3 day.

4) When we send out the parcel, we will SMS the Trade Code to our customer.

5) If after 3 day, customer stil haven receive the parcel, please use the trade code to check online www.pos.com.my or call pos laju for the delivery status.

6) Delivery fee is subject to charge on customer.

7) If there is any accident case to cause delay before sending to delivery, we will inform customer.

8) All item will be check and pack properly for delivery before send out.
