1) The FULL PAYMENT must be credited in to our account and the mailing details emailed to us before 12pm.

2) Cities and Town in West Malaysia & East Malaysia will receive the products on Second Working day upon sending.
Non City and Town locations will only receive the products within 2 to 3 days after shipping.

3) No delivery service on Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.

4) When we send out the parcel, we will SMS the Tracking Code to our customer.

5) If after three days, the customer still has not received the parcel, please use the tracking code to check the parcel location online via www.pos.com.my or call pos laju at 1-300-300-300 for the delivery status.

6) Delivery fee is the responsibility of the customer.

7) If there is any delay in sending the parcel for delivery, we will inform to the customer.

8) All item will be checked and packed properly prior to delivery.

9) We are not responsible for any damage of or loss to the package during delivery.
