所有订购者必须认同及遵守以下列出的所有订购条列才下订单。

我们将会帮你暂时保存您的订单。但是如果客户在3天之后，没及时通知我们，
我们将会发信息提醒客户宽限期已到，必须一天内把款项缴清，不然我们会自动的把您的订单取消。
2) 当我们证实收到您的完整付款后，我们才会出货。
3) 网上展示的照片和实物相比，一定有些色差的差别，不得有何异议。
4) 所有出售的货品一概不能替换，不能退款，不能退货，
5）货品一旦寄出后，货品的安全，全权由邮寄公司负责与本公司无关。如不幸的发生了任何遗失,
损坏，被偷，延迟收货的事件请自行联络邮寄公司询问或寻取赔偿。我们会尽量的做出适当的配合。
6) 货品寄送的同时，我们就会将邮寄追踪编号发给顾客，让你们可以无时无刻的上网检查您货品的下落。
7) 所有展示的价格都没包括邮寄费用，买家必须自付。
8）所有货品寄出前我们都会仔细的重复检查，如发现有任何损坏会立即通知顾客，以采取下一步的行动，
但是为保本公司的信誉，我们有权利取消您的订单，并退还您的付款，全银奉还。
9) Laibay Shop 有权利在不通知的情况下，增加，略减，修改所有订购条例。
